At the beginning of the year, a potential partner - a large fintech company reached out to us to carry out pre-design studies and surveys for the construction of a new office in Moscow within a short timeframe. The main objective was to create an accurate information model of the premises for construction planning, workplace optimization, and integration of engineering systems, taking into account the client’s high requirements for reliability and business process security.
One of our key advantages is flexibility and high decision-making speed. Thanks to the compact size of our company, broad industry and cross-industry expertise, and the extensive practical experience of our engineering and administrative teams, we eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy and are able to work at a faster pace than our competitors.
Within a short period, our team completed the full scope of work requested by the partner – from laser scanning to the development of a BIM model linked to existing engineering systems and operational documentation. This approach will allow the partner to save time and resources at the detailed design and construction stages of their new office.
A detailed information model serving as a foundation for further detailed design, construction, implementation of “smart office” systems, and ongoing facility management. The ability to integrate the model into the company’s digital ecosystem and existing IT services.
As a result, this relatively small project clearly demonstrated how digital modeling and real estate engineering help technology companies accelerate infrastructure development, reduce the risk of errors, and improve the quality of the working environment for employees. For us, it also resulted in gaining a new, large, and reliable partner.
