We have completed commissioning and a comprehensive scope of fit-out works at the headquarters of an international IT company

From the spring through the end of 2025, we carried out a large-scale scope of works at the office of our new partner - an international IT company. The project included site surveys, construction and installation works, interior fit-out, commissioning activities, as well as the design, manufacturing, and delivery of custom office furniture for an office space exceeding 3,500 sq.m.

Our work process

Initially, the partner approached us with a request to resolve a systemic indoor climate issue in the office: employees reported excessive heat in summer, cold conditions in winter, insufficient fresh air in meeting rooms and common areas, and elevated noise levels from engineering systems in certain spaces.

Before commencing works, we conducted on-site inspections, a series of instrumental measurements, and an audit of the actual operating modes of the ventilation and air-conditioning systems. This approach allowed us to obtain an accurate picture of system performance, identify problem areas and root causes of malfunction, rather than limiting the scope to desk-based adjustments based solely on design documentation.

Based on the assessment results, we reconfigured equipment and air distribution systems, optimized operating parameters and zoning scenarios, and stabilized the indoor climate by eliminating localized “hot” and “cold” spots. The works were carried out in coordination with the building’s facility management team, as one of the underlying causes was improper operation of ventilation units within the building owner’s area of responsibility.

In parallel, we implemented a package of construction and fit-out works, including acoustic treatments to improve sound insulation in restroom areas and around engineering systems, the creation of additional wet points and workstations, and the manufacturing and installation of custom office furniture.

Parallel execution of four different work packages across more than 3,500 sq.m of office space, without visible disruption for employees and without interrupting business operations

Benefits for our partner

As a result, we not only resolved the local climate control issues but also significantly improved the overall quality of the working environment: reducing the number of complaints, enhancing acoustic comfort, and increasing the functionality of the office space. A key outcome was the minimal impact on day-to-day operations—works were carried out in phases during nights and weekends, with each stage completed in a way that ensured uninterrupted business processes. This approach reflects our principle of careful execution of complex projects in live, operational environments.
