In the spring of 2025, the owner and the management company of an industrial park approached us with a request to develop and secure approval for a concept of advertising and information structures. The technical brief set the objective of creating a clear on-site navigation system that supports a unified visual identity across the entire industrial park while taking into account the requirements of tenants and regulatory authorities.
We started from analyzing existing vehicle and pedestrian traffic routes, site usage scenarios, and the current condition of navigation and signage. Based on this analysis, we developed a layout for pylons, totems, façade signs, and rooftop installations, aligning it with building architecture, engineering constraints, and safety requirements.
Special attention was given to legal and technical aspects. Structural solutions and placement locations were designed in compliance with applicable regulations; however, certain navigation elements exceeded standard permitted parameters. To address these deviations, we prepared justification materials and successfully defended them before the relevant district administration commission.
Concept and documentation covering 10 hectares of land, 150,000 sq.m of industrial space, and more than 10 individual buildings, including justification and approval of deviations from local landscaping and urban improvement regulations.
As a result, our partner received a comprehensive wayfinding project for the industrial park and an approved concept for the placement of advertising and information structures, tailored specifically to the site. This significantly increased the visibility and recognition of both the industrial park and the partner’s brand within the region.
